Our Corporate Privacy Policy

University Drive Tax Return (UDTR) was founded on trust and integrity. We are committed on providing the best customer service possible as well as keeping all information confidential.

We collect all types of information that is giving to us about you, by you or someone acting on your behalf all private.

The clients:

Personal information which includes your name, age, address, social insurance number, e-mail address and any other types of personal information given to UDTR.

Information from applications such as forms and surveys that have your name and address will be kept confidential.

Information on billing and payments includes credit card or debit card information will be kept private.    

Before you provide us your personal information on behalf of others, you agree that you will have obtained consent for collecting, using and disclosing this information.

We will:

not rent , sell your personal information, including contact information to any third party without your permission.

use your information to complete your service requests, to inform you of changes in our business or service offerings.

prepare your personal income tax return based on your information that you provide to us.

may need clarification on some of the information that is given to us as well as we will not audit or verify the data you submit to us.

prepare your tax return correctly according to the law and the information that you provide including all interests you held in foreign properties with an aggregate cost in excess of $100,000 at any time in the year, as well as all income from any foreign properties regardless of their aggregate value and all income and transactions relating to non- resident trusts. 

If CRA select your return for review and they request copies of your receipts or they require a full audit,  any adjustments proposed by CRA are subject to certain rights of appeal.  In the event of such tax examinations, we will be available upon request to represnt you.

The law imposes various penalties when taxpayers understate their tax liability.  If you would like information on the amount or circumstances of these penalties, please contact us.

Changes to our policy:

If we change our privacy policy, we will post our changes to this Website. If we wish to use or disclose your personal information in a way that is different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by e-mail.

We use cookies to store visitors’ preferences and to record session information which allows us to customize our website for you. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personal information you provide while on our site.
